How We Build

Sustainability over dependency

Every system we build is designed to sustain itself financially. We do not build programmes that require perpetual external funding to function. We build businesses that solve problems.

Inside the system, not alongside it

We integrate directly with Kenya's Ministry of Health referral workflows. We don't create parallel systems; we build technology into the health infrastructure that already exists to make it better.

Evidence before expansion

We replicate only what we can prove works. Kakamega County is our proof of concept. Kisumu, Siaya, and the counties that follow will be built upon that solid, tested foundation.
